All keys lost? We originate a new key on site
No original key is needed. We decode the lock, cut a new key and program its transponder to the car — through the diagnostic port or, when the system requires it, directly on the security module. Then we test start, lock and unlock before we leave.
On most vehicles we also erase the lost keys from the car's memory, so a key someone finds won't start your car.

Good to know before you call
On Ford, Mazda and many GM models the system requires two keys to be programmed when all keys are lost — we tell you upfront. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles from 2018 on have a security gateway; we carry the equipment for it. Newer BMW and Volvo systems are among the hardest key jobs there are — we take them on, and confirm by year before dispatch.
